How to Return An Item

CONDITIONS:
- You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date (invoice date of your order).

- Product must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and /or packaging unless there is a manufacturer defect.

- You must contact us before returning anything, and obtain a return authorization.

- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer.

- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 60-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 60 days of purchase.

Return Shipping Procedures:

1. Please email vividbeautytrading@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different similar color. Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Goods Lost Or Damaged In Transit

Here at Vividbeauty.blogspot.com we do our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition.
If your item lost or damaged in transit, Vivid Beauty replace your item free of charge.
When a customer purchased item lost or damaged in transit, Vivid Beauty will launch a investigation on your behalf. These inquires can take up to 14 business days. If after fourteen days the item cannot be found, Vivid Beauty will replace your item free of charge.

Refunds

You will always be refunded via the same method you originally used for payment within 14 days.
